Q: When will I receive my video?
A: You can expect to receive your order, via U.S. Mail approximately 1 to 5 business days after payment has cleared.
See rates page for details. We also offer an electronic clip or 'E-Clip' service, which is delivered via email within 24 to 48 hours after clear payment.
Q: Do you record in HD?
A: Yes. All of the Little Rock TV Market now Broadcast in High Definition. Therefore we record them all in full HD.
Q: Can I get a copy of any video that was shot, but did not air?
A: No. TV Media Clips of Little Rock is unable to acquire raw or unaired material.
Q: How far back do you keep newscasts?
A: We archive all of our monitoring and you can obtain Video from the following dates.
KARK/DT 4.1 = July 14, 2011
KATV/DT 7.1 = March 21, 2010
KTHV/DT 11.1 = December 19, 2010
KLRT/DT 16.1 = April 4, 2011
KARZ/DT 42.1 = August 14, 2011
*Any video research done more than 30 days out is subject to an up charge of $10.
Q: Are there any refunds or returns?
A: No. There are no refunds; However, if it is an obvious error on our part ie: disc error, incorrect video or wrong video, we will be happy to provide you
with a replacement.
Q: Can I watch a news clip on your website?
A: Due to space requirements, we only post a few clips on our Website for demonstration purposes. However, we offer "Preview Clips Online" for purchase. Click on RATE/ORDER for information on viewing and purchasing "Preview Clips Over the Internet."
Q: What television stations do you record?
A: We currently record all local programming for the following:
